New Member Application Form

To help us support you, please provide the information below. We have clubs for every age and ability, but to become a member of Kiwanis you must be the legal age of adulthood in the state or country where the club is located.

  • Kiwanis member that introduced you to our club
  • Dues invoice will be sent to this address. Annual individual dues are $205 or quarterly payments of $60. Annual corporate dues are $250 or quarterly payments of $75.
